CEO, Managing Partner
Tim is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur and developer with over 25 years of experience developing, financing and operating energy assets. He co-founded PrairieGold Solar and Inspiration Mobility. His prior roles included Chief Financial Officer positions and a Vice President role in Mergers & Acquisitions at Credit Suisse. Tim earned an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from University of Colorado-Boulder.
Principal
Charles has over a decade of experience in the financing and development of sustainable infrastructure projects, having worked at Generate Capital, Low Carbon, and Lightsource bp. He co-founded HC3 Energy, a virtual power plant optimization platform later acquired by Arcadia Power. Charles studied at London Business School and University of Toronto, and currently resides in San Francisco with his family.
Managing Director
Marc brings over 22 years of experience in renewable energy development and finance, with a focus on scaling clean energy infrastructure. Recently a Partner at ERM, he previously led the 1.1GW Ocean Wind 1 offshore project at Ørsted and served as Vice President of Development at PSEG, overseeing approximately 1 GW of solar acquisitions. Marc holds an MPA from Columbia University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Manager
Madison specializes in climate-resilient infrastructure design. She managed critical infrastructure projects at Stantec in New York City and worked in corporate finance at PMB Capital and energy transition finance at IonicBlue. She earned an MBA from London Business School and a BE in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, holding PE and ENV SP credentials.
Manager
Claudia has over 7 years of experience in finance and started her career in quantitative investment management. As Associate Portfolio Manager at Dimensional Fund Advisors, she managed equity strategies totaling $15B. She later joined the structured finance team at AMP Americas. Claudia holds both an MBA and BA from University of Chicago.
Chairman
Jason is Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Spring Lane Capital and Senior Advisor at Renewable Resource Group. He co-chairs the CREO Syndicate, a family office network investing in cleantech and renewables. Jason has served on boards including Encourage Capital, Clean Energy for America, and Frankfurt Zoological Society-US since the late 1990s.
